Once you have chosen your preferred staging package, our team meticulously sources all furnishings, artwork, and accessories either from our inventory or specialist suppliers, ensuring every piece aligns perfectly with the design concept for your property. We organise all details in advance, preparing and coordinating logistics to guarantee a seamless installation process.

INSTALLATION DAY

Furniture and accessories are arranged to highlight the property’s best features, followed by expert styling to prepare each space for professional photography, presenting your property at its best for marketing and viewings.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

Before the property is marketed or made available for viewings, we conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards. COLLECTION

At the end of your rental agreement, we will reach out to arrange collection of all staged furniture and accessories. Please note that our standard rental period is set at eight weeks; however, should you require additional time, extensions can be accommodated upon request to suit your circumstances.
